Abstract Every country in the world has the obligatory program: Continuing Medical Education with the aim of maintaining a high standard of professionalism, that is in step with the times. The motivations, expectations and satisfaction that characterize, both the relational and the cognitive plan and the participation of Sanitary Technicians of Medical Radiology training CME courses, are the subjects of this study that involved 100 Radiology technicians. The results highlight areas of satisfaction and give valuable suggestions on how to plan future courses with the highest level of effectiveness.

The beliefs and attitudes of health care providers may contribute to chronic low back pain (LBP) disability, influencing the recommendations that they provide to their patients. An excessively biomedical style of undergraduate training can increase negative beliefs and attitudes about LBP, whereas instruction following a biopsychosocial model could possibly lessen these negative beliefs in health care professionals. Background Compounded preparations (CPs) are an indispensable addition to approved, commercially available drugs (CADs), especially for topical therapy. In Germany, about eight million CPs are prescribed within the statutory health insurance system each year, 50 % thereof by dermatologists.
